Activity across the Ohio housing marketplace stabilized in February, as sales matched the level reached during the month a year ago, according to Ohio REALTORS. Homes sales in February 2022 reached 9,382, identical to the level of sales recorded during the month a year ago. The average sales price across Ohio in February reached $235,359, an 11.9 percent increase from the $210,379 mark posted during the month in 2021.
