Lately we've been asked quite frequently, "is the market slowing down?".

We have been noticing a slow shift; there is a mixture of activity and factors that are contributing to what we are seeing. Some cities/neighborhoods are still HOT and others have definitely been slowing down. It's very common to see a slow down heading into the school year.

We’ve compared the first 2.5 weeks of July to August for residential listings.

Some counties have nearly tripled the amount of active listings!
