Aukerman Park features an on-leash dog agility course, which includes six agility stations. These stations include a dog walk ramp, a wait table for dogs to climb onto, hound hurdles, an A-frame ramp, a dog teeter-totter, and an agility walk. This course provides dogs and people alike with a fun, unique way to exercise and interact together. Support in creating this dog-friendly agility course was provided by Dr. Adam Hechko of the North Royalton Animal Hospital.

The 7.5-acre fenced park features a sandy beach and grassy knolls on a 3-acre lake, waste deposit stations, dog washing stations, separate areas for small dogs, and clearly defined rules and procedures.

-Brimfield Memorial Dog Park (Kent, OH)

Dedicated to the local K9 police dog force, this 125-by-90-foot space is entirely fenced and broken into two parts — one for dogs under 30 pounds, one for dogs over 30 pounds. Inside the fence, there’s an agility ramp and three sets of truck tires — sliced in half-rounds and painted red, white, and blue — bolted to the ground to form an obstacle course. There’s also a dog cleanup station.

This dog park is separated into 2 parts, 1 for small dogs and 1 for large dogs. Enclosed with wire fencing the park also has picnic tables and benches. Make sure to bring your own water and poop bags!

-Canine Meadow Dog Park (Kirtland, OH)

Canine Meadow has a large dog area (2.57 acres), a swim area (1.84 acres), and a small dog area (1.02 acres). Access to the swim area is by way of the large dog area only.

–Carolyn Ludwig Mugrage Park (Medina, OH)

The dog park is completely enclosed by a five-foot-high fence that provides over an acre of space just for small dogs and a separate area for large dogs that is over six acres.  Both sides have open turf play areas, wooded natural areas, and gravel walking trails.

-Clark Field Dog Park (Tremont)

Located near Cleveland Animal Control/City Dogs Cleveland, this park is an enclosed gravel lot with four shaded sitting areas at each corner of the park. Water bowls, a fountain, and bag dispensers are on site.

-Downtown Cleveland Dog Park (Downtown Cleveland)

The Downtown Dog Park provides nearly 3,500 square feet of fenced space featuring a play structure by Red House Projects, PUP waste receptacles, and seating for humans. Bring your own water!

-Eastlake Dog Park (Eastlake, OH)

This dog park has picnic tables and shade. You must pick up after your pet and no food is allowed in the dog park. There is no separate small dog area or drinking water.

-Lakewood Dog Park (Lakewood, OH)

Lakewood Dog Par is a fenced lot with gravel ground cover, double-gated entrances, mature shade trees, benches, and a seasonal water fountain. There is a separate area for small dogs and the dog park hosts events throughout the warmer months. The dog park also borders Cleveland Metroparks Rocky River Reservation, which offers a variety of trails to explore.

The Dog Park is a great place for dogs to come and play off-leash. A small dog area and a large dog area allow unlimited play with dogs the same size. Doggie water fountain, park benches, and a safe, fenced-in entry/exit area make this park a pleasurable place to visit with other dog owners and provide your dog with exercise and socialization.

This dog park is on a gravel lot with doggies bags, a water spigot, and an agility course.

-Tails And Trails Dog Park (Aurora, OH)

Tails ‘n Trails Dog Park has separate areas for large and small dogs to socialize and run off leashes with other dogs. Park included some play features such as a fire hydrant.  Also, a water well pump next to the entrance can provide water for your dog.
